Our one-on-one coaching sessions offer a private, personalized environment for deepening meditation practice, exploring meaning and purpose, and cultivating greater clarity in daily life. Whether you are just beginning or are an experienced practitioner refining advanced techniques, our sessions are tailored to your unique goals, questions, and challenges.

Grounded in both contemplative tradition and scientific understanding, these sessions support the full arc of practice, from stabilizing attention to navigating complex life transitions, from understanding the mechanics of the mind to opening into deeper insight and presence.

Grounded in our training as certified Unified Mindfulness instructors and graduates of the 500-hour Mind Illuminated Teacher Training, we offer tailored guidance in attention, open awareness, embodied presence, and compassion-based practices.

We draw on contemporary research in cognitive neuroscience, attentional science, and emotion regulation to help you understand how the mind works and how to navigate challenges with clarity and skill.

Sessions are offered online and can be booked as single meetings or ongoing mentorship.
